Shipping Information

In my webshop, I sell exclusively to private individuals (natural persons).

I ship your ordered item(s) within 3 business days of placing your order.

If your order reaches HUF 30,000, packaging and shipping within Hungary is FREE. Free shipping methods you can choose from at checkout:

• FoxPost parcel locker
• FoxPost home delivery
• Magyar Posta home delivery

If your order does not reach HUF 30,000, the packaging and shipping fee within Hungary is:

• FoxPost parcel locker – 1,100 Ft
• FoxPost home delivery – 2,400 Ft
• Magyar Posta home delivery – 2,400 Ft

International shipping

International shipping to regions outside Hungary:

• Magyar Posta to EU member states – 4,380 Ft
• Magyar Posta outside the EU / overseas – 4,515 Ft

Cash on delivery

You can also request cash on delivery if you choose FoxPost shipping. The cash-on-delivery fee is 400 Ft on top of the shipping fee, whether you pay the courier upon home delivery or at the FoxPost parcel locker pickup point. There is no cash-on-delivery fee if you pay in advance by card.

Maximum value of parcels that can be ordered with cash on delivery: FoxPost parcel locker HUF 110,000.

If you would like to place an order above these amounts, you can still request parcel-locker pickup or courier home delivery, but in that case please pay for your order in advance by card on the website (SimplePay).

Information about the exact delivery time

You will receive detailed information about the delivery/pickup by email/SMS from the courier company on the day before shipping. You can arrange the delivery time using the phone number provided in the confirmation email/SMS.

Home delivery

Please provide your phone number when placing your order, so the courier can reach you if they have a question or would like to arrange an exact delivery time.

Withdrawal from shipping

If the webshop is unable to fulfil its contractual obligation because the product specified in the contract is not available, or it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer of this. The webshop does not enter into contracts with minors or businesses. By accepting the terms of sale, the customer declares that they are of legal age and a natural person.
